How Does the Rewards Store Work?

Under the new loyalty incentive program offered by Stan's Donuts and Coffee, you are more in control of your rewards than ever! Under the new Stan's Donuts & Coffee Program, you may earn points on every menu purchase which may be spent for great rewards in the new Rewards Store. This is offered in addition to the Status Reward program at Stan's Donuts & Coffee.

In the Stan's Donuts and Coffee app, every $1 spent is equal to 10 points. You may check your point balance in the "Redeem" section of the app. 

To access the Rewards Store, tap "Redeem" at the bottom of the Stan's Donuts and Coffee app:



Here, you may scroll through all the options in the store. Once you have enough points for a desired item, simply tap it and tap "Redeem" on the next screen. The necessary points will be deducted from your point balance and your new reward will be viewable in the "Rewards" section of the app, found by toggling your view here:


While it is possible to save your points up for a really special treat, it's important to remember that points are only valid for 365-days after they're earned. For example, if you make a purchase on January 1st, you'll want to make sure that you spend the points earned on that order before January 1st of the next year to make sure you don't miss out! 

Redeemed rewards, likewise, have an expiration date (usually thirty days) which will be listed in the app, so it's a good idea not to trade in your points until you're ready to redeem that reward!
