The Delivery feature in the rewards application is still in slow rollout. Though delivery may not be ready at your local/preferred location just yet, keep an eye out on subsequent visits and hopefully they'll be ready with a delivery option soon!
In the meantime, you can still earn and redeem rewards on your online orders by Ordering Ahead for pick-up.
