Who is responsible for my delivery?

While the Stan's Donuts & Coffee app does support delivery, this particular feature is not managed by the store directly. Instead, they have leveraged the infrastructure and expertise of GrubHub to manage their deliveries. This way, Stan's Donuts & Coffee can focus on what they do best and leave the deliveries to the pros!

If I paid the restaurant for my order, but it’s delivered by GrubHub, how do I tip my driver?

Rest assured, your driver will receive any generous tip you leave them! When you place an order for delivery, the restaurant will be paid for their portion of the order and Grubhub will receive payment for any relevant delivery fees and driver tips!

Who can I call about the Status of my delivery?

Because the entirety of your delivery order is managed between the restaurant and the delivery provider, please remember to call the restaurant regarding the order itself (order accuracy, food quality, etc).
