The app absolutely supports ordering ahead! Here's how:
1. Tap the “Order Ahead” icon on the bottommost, right-hand side of the application.
2. Enter the address of the location from which you'd like to pick up your order OR the delivery address.
3. Edit the Order Method to "Pickup" or "Delivery" (where available)
4. Tap "New Order" to begin your order. 
Please fill out all necessary fields for customization when adding an item to your order. If you miss a section, the application will display a message that says “Please fix the selection” and will highlight the item options you need to complete in red. Tapping “Go To” after seeing the error will also bring you to the selection you need to update.
Once your order is complete, simply tap "Review Order" to advance your order. On this screen, you can a) schedule your order pick-up/delivery time, b) review any credits/rewards applied to your order, c) add a tip, and d) toggle between your preferred payment cards. 
Once you've reviewed your order for accuracy, tap "Place Order" to send your order to the store so they can get started! Any eligible or available credits will be applied to your order automatically and you'll instantly earn Rewards Points for using the app.
